Discovery & architecture
Mapped stakeholder workflows, defined domain boundaries, and sketched the core platform shape — multi-tenant, API-first, with a premium client portal.

Core platform
Built authentication, tenant isolation, the primary API surface, and admin tooling. Established deployment pipeline and observability early.

Experience layer
Shipped the client-facing dashboards, event lifecycle views, and notification flows. Iterated on UX with real users — fewer steps, clearer status.
